David Sedlák of the IMG (Prague) is our partner on the EXPRO project Uncovering of missing genetic components and new chemical regulators of juvenile hormone signaling. His team is responsible for discovering and developing compounds that modulate JH receptor signaling.
Pavel Majer and his team at the IOCB (Prague) design and synthesize small peptidic agonists of juvenile hormone; Aleš Mareklab at the same institute prepared radio-labeled JH receptor agonists.
We collaborate with Tomáš Doležal of the Faculty of Science (USB, České Budějovice) on deciphering the role of JH signaling in innate immunity.
