David Sedlak (CEO, Preagon Biotech) is our partner on several domestic and EU funded projects aimed at discovery of small-molecular compounds that modulate JH receptor signaling and their development into novel, environmentally friendly insecticides.
Pavel Majer and his team at the IOCB (Prague) design and synthesize small-molecular modulators of the juvenile hormone receptor; Aleš Mareklab at the same institute prepared radiolabeled JH.
We collaborate with Tomáš Doležal of the Faculty of Science (USB, České Budějovice) on deciphering the role of JH signaling in innate immunity.
